Communication confidential and anonymous
The Ethics Channel is the means that the Orenes Group provides to facilitate confidential and anonymous reporting, where appropriate, of irregularities that may constitute regulatory non-compliance or violations of our Code of Ethics.
At Grupo Orenes, we believe that each person can play a key role in uncovering and preventing behavior that violates our Code of Ethics or applicable law. If you detect such behavior, you have a responsibility to report it, even if it doesn't directly affect you. Every time we report such behavior, we create an opportunity for improvement. Remember, a problem cannot be addressed unless someone is made aware of it.
Please don't assume someone else will do it. Let them know!
Access
The system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from any device and in multiple languages, through our corporate platform.
Likewise, at the request of the informant, communications may be presented through an in-person meeting, upon request through the Ethics Channel itself.
Without prejudice to the use of the internal channel, the interested party may also contact the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority.
